Buyer is seeking qualified airport planning consultants to develop a comprehensive master plan for Trident Basin Seaplane Base. The FAA AIP-funded project includes updating the Airport Layout Plan, creating an Exhibit A property map, developing forecasts, and identifying development priorities. This planning effort aims to bring the facility into compliance with FAA standards and position it for future federal funding. The final plan will address infrastructure needs, operational safety, and revenue-generating opportunities.

• Licensed to do business in Alaska
• Personnel must have appropriate Alaskan licensure
• Experience with FAA standards and planning requirements

• Update Airport Layout Plan (ALP) to FAA standards
• Create new Exhibit A property map
• Develop aviation demand forecasting and identify critical aircraft
• Conduct environmental planning and prepare CATEX if required
• Coordinate with stakeholders and facilitate public engagement
• Evaluate tie-down area potential and lease lot expansion
• Assess safety constraints related to fueling, parking, and access
• Prepare prioritized capital improvement plan for FAA funding
• Document infrastructure needs and compliance gaps
• Create GIS shapefiles and CAD files for project mapping
