Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide pest control services at 76 Customer Service Centers, 13 Motor Carrier Service Centers, and a headquarters building across Virginia. Services include inspection, identification, and treatment for elimination of various pests such as ants, mice, roaches, and more. Contractors will provide monthly scheduled services and respond to urgent requests within 24-48 hours. The contract term is one year with possible four one-year renewal options.

• 5/28/2025 - Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference
• 6/5/2025 - Question Submission Deadline
• 6/18/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must have and maintain pesticide business license from VDACS
• Technicians must be certified registered technicians or commercial applicators
• Must comply with EPA and VDACS pesticide registration requirements
• Must provide Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used

• Control specific pests including ants, bedbugs, mice, roaches, and more
• Provide monthly scheduled pest control services at 76 Customer Service Centers
• Perform service at 13 Motor Carrier Service Centers and headquarters building
• Apply appropriate residual and non-residual pesticides compliant with regulations
• Provide rodent control using approved devices and bait stations
• Maintain electronic logbooks with safety data sheets for chemicals used
• Respond to urgent service requests within 24-48 hours
• Provide additional treatment at no charge if pests remain after service
• Report conditions that could limit effectiveness of pest control program
• Complete and submit service tickets verified by DMV site managers
