Buyer seeks a Grant Manager to oversee the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grant for the Onslow County Veterans Treatment Court expansion. The grant project began on September 30, 2023, and ends September 29, 2028. The Grant Manager will provide project management services to implement, evaluate, and administer the grant funds, meeting objectives and timeframes for implementation. The goal is to expand treatment capacity and connect veterans with assessments, treatment, and recovery services.

• Oversee implementation of SAMHSA grant for Veterans Treatment Court expansion
• Conduct monthly site visits to program locations
• Submit supporting documentation and information to County and SAMHSA
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations
• Collaborate with OCVTC, mental health providers, and partners
• Monitor screenings for SUD, MH, and co-occurring disorders
• Track connection of veterans to evidence-based treatment
• Monitor peer recovery coach and veteran mentor connections
• Verify veterans receive information about available benefits
• Assess program participants' access to community resources
• Track program completion and graduation rates
• Monitor recovery status at 6 and 12 months post-graduation
• Track recidivism rates at 6 and 12 months post-graduation
• Maintain detailed records of grant activities
• Provide progress reports to stakeholders
• Manage grant budget and expenditures
• Coordinate with treatment providers
• Evaluate program effectiveness against grant objectives
• Ensure implementation of Risk-Need-Responsivity screenings
