Buyer seeks a contractor to develop and deliver traffic training programs in the areas of traffic signs, signals, lighting, pavement markings, traffic control devices, and traffic safety. The training will be provided to state, county, city, and consultant personnel over five years. Training sessions will be conducted in classroom settings for 24-60 participants per class and include both new and established courses. The contractor will develop comprehensive course materials including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

• Develop and deliver 18 traffic training courses over five years
• Create Americans with Disabilities Act compliant training materials

• Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Administer certification exams for Signal and Lighting courses
• Design sample modules with assessments for each course
• Create surveys and compile participant feedback
