Buyer seeks a contractor to design, fabricate, and install campus signage. The project includes exterior building signage, directional/wayfinding signage, and an entry monument for a total of 12-15 sign coverings. • Contractors must be registered with NY State Department of Labor under Labor Law Section 220-i

• Conduct comprehensive site assessment for signage placement
• Create signage designs incorporating JCC's new branding
• Develop exterior building signage solutions

• Create entry monument signage
• Ensure all designs comply with ADA standards
• Coordinate with JCC's branding design firm
• Collaborate with Jefferson County officials for regulatory compliance
• Provide detailed cost breakdowns for design, fabrication, and installation
• Utilize existing frames where feasible for 12-15 sign coverings
• Develop project timeline with milestone dates
• Submit warranty and maintenance information
• Create mockups and finalized design files
• Fabricate all approved signage components
