The project involves removing and replacing approximately 11,400 square feet of existing roof system with an additional 7,000 square feet as an add alternate. Work includes insulation replacement, installation of new roofing system, and removal of abandoned roof equipment. The contractor will manage construction, coordinate schedules, and maintain all safety protocols throughout the project.

• Documentation of successful completion of three government/commercial roofing projects
• Projects must have been completed within last ten years
• Ability to provide financial statement and bonding capacity documentation
• Valid contractor license and insurance coverage

• Remove and replace approximately 11,400 square feet of existing roof system
• Remove and dispose of abandoned roof top equipment
• Replace insulation on the building roof
• Install new 60 mil PVC or TPO roofing system
• Replace damaged wood blocking and sheathing
• Install new roof specialties and accessories
• Coordinate with building occupants during construction
• Maintain active permits throughout project duration
• Implement proper safety measures during roof replacement
• Provide warranties for completed work
