Buyer is seeking a cloud-based Supplier Information Management Solution to replace current Jaggaer functionality. The solution must provide suppliers the ability to self-onboard through a reliable, transparent and user-friendly process. Buyer is implementing Workday as their Cloud ERP solution with go-live date of July 1, 2026. The SIM solution must integrate with Workday and potentially with the State of SC eProcurement solution Ivalua.

• Must provide SOC2 report
• Must provide Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT)
• Must provide three comparable higher-ed implementations
• Must support single sign-on utilizing Shibboleth
• Must not store data outside United States

• Provide cloud-based supplier data management solution
• Enable supplier self-onboarding with tailored information collection
• Integrate seamlessly with Workday and Ivalua systems
• Automate compliance monitoring including TIN validation
• Facilitate vendor master data clean-up
• Provide comprehensive audit trail reporting capabilities
• Support secure credentialed authentication to protect vendor data
• Automate certifications collection and renewal
• Enable supplier profile information self-management
• Implement by July 1, 2026 to align with Workday go-live
