Buyer seeks professional engineering and architectural consulting services for structural repairs to the LT Ross Building. The project addresses concrete ramp separation, interior slab cracking, and exterior Spandeck plank deterioration. Buyer requires civil/structural and geotechnical services to repair structural deficiencies while renovating affected interior spaces. The unaffected portions of the facility will remain occupied during construction, possibly requiring phased construction plans.
