Buyer needs a consultant to conduct analysis, develop job architecture, and provide implementation support to drive operational efficiencies and ensure equitable pay.

- Provide ongoing project management support throughout implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and focus groups to gather requirements.
- Benchmark against best practices at similar institutions.
- Develop rollout materials including presentations and FAQs.
- Ensure compensation is rational, fiscally responsible and market-competitive.
- Promote equitable pay and compliance with EEOC requirements.
