San Diego County Air Pollution Control District

Buyer seeks professional audit services for their financial reporting requirements. Services include preparation of Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, Single Audit Reports, and Special District Financial Transactions Report. Buyer requires coordination with County of San Diego for certain financial services. The contract will be for one year with four one-year options.

• Current CPA license
• Experience with Government Accounting Standards Board requirements
• Experience auditing government entities

• Prepare Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
• Conduct single audit of federal expenditures
• Create Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA)
• Prepare Special District Financial Transactions Report
• Provide recommendations related to audit findings
• Communicate findings to SDAPCD's Governing Board
• Coordinate with County's Auditor & Controller Department
• Ensure compliance with GASB requirements
• Apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Provide annual training on relevant accounting topics
