Buyer seeks vendors to provide Online Proctoring Services for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. This is a systemwide RFP that will result in multiple award contracts. The contract will be available to other public agencies nationally through OMNIA Partners Public Sector. Successful vendors will provide services on an as-needed basis.
