Buyer seeks to establish a State Term Contract for Management Consulting Services across nine service categories. Buyer intends to make multiple statewide awards to provide customers with management consulting capabilities. The contract will replace the existing Management Consulting Services State Term Contract and will allow customers to issue requests for quotes to qualified contractors.

• Experience levels by position ranging from 6 months to 10 years
• Principal Consultant requires minimum 10 years experience
• Vendor cannot be on Suspended, Convicted, Discriminatory, or Antitrust Violator lists

• Develop organizational strategy through internal and external audits
• Provide project management consulting services
• Conduct program research, planning, and evaluations
• Deliver executive leadership development and customized training
• Assist with policy, program, and regulation development
• Implement process and productivity improvement strategies
• Provide litigation consulting support
• Support systems alignment and consolidation
• Manage federal disaster and emergency assistance grants
• Enhance leadership capabilities through specialized training programs
