Buyer seeks a qualified entity to provide comprehensive management services for the Pacifica Tourism Marketing District. The selected contractor will promote assessed lodging businesses within PTMD boundaries through efficient administration and marketing. Buyer requires services including administrative management, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and marketing campaigns to increase demand for overnight stays. The contractor will serve as the PTMD Owner's Association as defined in Property and Business Improvement Law of 1994.

• Company must not have filed for bankruptcy under any business name over past five years

• Serve as Owner's Association for Tourism Marketing District
• Coordinate PTMD Committee meetings with lodging representatives
• Develop and manage annual budget and financial reporting
• Maintain Visit Pacifica website and social media
• Execute marketing campaigns to increase overnight stays
• Ensure Brown Act compliance for all meetings
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports for City
• Develop communication strategies including newsletters and social media
• Research and develop grant opportunities
• Foster partnerships with local government and community groups
