Buyer seeks qualified consultants to provide electric vehicle fleet charging as a service. The project requires turnkey solutions for charging light and medium-duty municipal vehicles across various city sites. Buyer has 95 light duty vehicles scheduled for electrification over four years, with 26 EVs being delivered in 2025. The successful contractor will minimize upfront costs while exploring grid-interactive solutions for load flexibility where possible.

• Consult existing EVSE plan and recommend changes

• Coordinate with utility for Make-Ready infrastructure
• Provide site selection with city approval
• Manage charging load and network operations
• Perform operations and maintenance of charging stations
• Install OCPP-compliant EVSE hardware
