Buyer seeks Time and Materials (T&M) proposals for Airport IT Staff Augmentation Services. The contract will span a base year from July 2025 to June 2026 with four option years. Contracted employees must be W-2 employees of the provider with appropriate background checks and credentials. Provider must implement electronic methods for time tracking, invoicing, and billing reconciliation.

• 7/1/2025 - Base Year Period

• Provide contracted W-2 IT employees for airport operations
• Implement electronic system for time tracking and invoicing
• Conduct background checks on all contracted employees
• Maintain personnel files for all contracted staff
• Provide appropriate IT credentials and certifications
• Manage overtime and holiday scheduling
• Reimburse contracted staff for parking costs
• Mirror City vacation/sick leave policy where possible
• Ensure PCI compliance for credit card processing
• Comply with FAA civil rights and nondiscrimination requirements
