Operational Test And Evaluation Force

Buyer requires technical and management support services for its cybersecurity operations division. The work includes cyber operational test and evaluation, documentation development, test execution, infrastructure management, and risk management framework support. Buyer needs contractors to conduct cyber tests on operational systems and develop test plans that assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities. The contractors will also maintain cyber test infrastructure and support Department of Defense Certified Assessment Team requirements.

• Develop test objectives and execute cyber penetration tests
• Create technical documentation including test plans and reports
• Design and maintain cyber OT&E infrastructure
• Implement security controls and RMF documentation
• Provide DCAT red team support services
• Research adversarial TTPs for test planning
• Support system authorization and certification
• Manage cyber range nodes for exercises
• Conduct vulnerability assessments on Navy systems
• Develop exploitation strategies for test objectives
