Navajo Nation Family Violence Program

Buyer seeks a vendor to supply and deliver technology products and services for the Navajo Family Violence Program. The scope includes computer hardware, office furniture, printers, networking equipment, security systems, and cybersecurity solutions. The vendor must be an authorized reseller for all products and provide at least three years of OEM support. No implementation or installation services are required.

• Must be a GSA-qualified vendor able to offer GSA schedule pricing
• Must be an authorized reseller of all products listed
• Must provide new hardware from authorized channels, not grey market
• Must provide specified equipment or justify equivalent replacements

• Supply various technology products including laptops, desktops, servers, and accessories
• Provide office furniture including ergonomic sit-stand desks and chairs
• Deliver physical security equipment including surveillance cameras and access control systems
• Implement 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring and threat detection services
• Supply and set up networking equipment including Starlink units
• Provide printers, scanners, and other peripherals with warranty support
• Deliver conferencing hardware including Meeting Owl systems
• Supply Microsoft licensing for Teams, Office 365, and calling plans
• Provide evidence of authorized reseller status for all hardware
• Include minimum 3-year OEM support for all delivered products
