Buyer seeks a qualified contractor to provide a complete turnkey replacement of the gym sound system at Coral Shores High School. The project involves designing, engineering, supplying, and installing a comprehensive sound system for school athletic events and public ceremonies. The system must include cabinets/racks, amplifiers, mixers, digital audio server, media interfaces, wireless microphones, and gymnasium-specific speakers. All work must comply with relevant codes and be completed by December 1, 2025.

• Design a comprehensive sound system tailored to gym's specific needs
• Conduct thorough assessment of existing sound system
• Supply all materials, equipment, and labor for installation
• Install high-quality amplifiers suitable for gymnasium acoustics
• Provide four high-quality wireless microphones with sufficient range
• Install speakers specifically designed for gymnasium use
• Implement power conditioners and surge suppression for equipment protection
• Install new wiring to connect all speakers and field interface panels
• Design equipment to turn off when not in use
• Provide 6 hours of staff training in three separate sessions
