Buyer seeks to procure Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) compliant signs and stands. Suppliers must provide documentation proving MASH compliance through an FHWA Letter at the time of bid. Delivery must be made to State premises with transportation and handling charges paid by the supplier. The contract term is three years with the possibility of three additional one-year renewal periods.

  • Supply MASH compliant signs and stands
  • Provide FHWA approved safety hardware
  • Ensure rollup signs meet specifications in Schedule C
  • Deliver products F.O.B. to State premises
  • Submit documentation proving MASH compliance
  • Correct deficiencies within 10 business days
  • Provide warranty for all products
  • Maintain required insurance coverage
  • Process damage claims for products in transit
  • Ensure timely delivery of ordered products
