Buyer is seeking a qualified firm to provide public relations and strategic communications support to staff and Board of Directors. The selected firm will collaborate with leadership to enhance visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment with the organization's mission. Buyer requires a firm with significant experience delivering integrated communications services for public sector organizations. The initial contract term will be one year with the option to extend up to four additional years based on performance.

• Develop strategic communications plan aligned with FCCFA mission and goals
• Create key messaging frameworks for consistent communications across platforms
• Provide crisis communications counsel and stakeholder outreach strategies
• Support Board engagement with talking points and presentation materials
• Collaborate with brand strategy consultant on refining FCCFA's identity
• Draft and distribute press releases and media materials
• Facilitate stakeholder outreach programs about FCCFA initiatives
• Support creation and scheduling of social media content
• Evaluate website effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Develop content for newsletters, op-eds, speeches and collateral materials
• Establish performance metrics and provide quarterly summary reports
• Maintain relationships with key media outlets
• Coordinate messaging with Experience Columbus, ASM Global, and Hilton partners
• Research speaking opportunities and recognition programs
• Attend Board and committee meetings as requested
• Provide editorial support for website updates
• Track and analyze media coverage and public sentiment
• Assist with e-newsletters and monthly construction updates
• Help interpret stakeholder perception research findings
• Develop brand guidelines for consistent tone and visual identity
