Buyer seeks maintenance and support for a suite of custom-built housing management applications. These include Capital Planning System, Comprehensive Housing Authority Review Tool, Agreed Upon Procedures, and Contract for Financial Assistance Packet Manager. Services include maintaining existing systems, providing technical support, migrating to cloud infrastructure, and ensuring security compliance. The contract will span 3 years with 2 one-year renewal options.

• Must be on ITS81 Statewide Contract
• Must have valid license to develop code on Diversified Intelligence LLC's proprietary code

• Provide maintenance for CPS, CHART, CFA Packet Manager, and AUP applications
• Support and enhance existing housing management systems
• Migrate applications to Commonwealth-approved cloud infrastructure
• Conduct security audits and remediate vulnerabilities
• Ensure W3C web standards compliance and mobile accessibility
• Manage bug fixes and database maintenance
• Host applications with third-party provider (dual server model)
• Implement Service Level Agreement with 99.9% uptime
• Develop new modules for existing systems as needed
• Provide Facility AuditMate Software licensing
