Buyer seeks a provider to deliver high-quality after-school and summer programming for PreK-5 students at Everett Public Schools. The program will operate at eight elementary schools and early learning centers. Provider must deliver curriculum in arts, science, and other engaging topics while complying with state regulations. The initial contract is for one year with options to renew for two additional years.

• Proven track record in after-school programming for at least 3 years
• Compliance with Massachusetts DESE and Office for Children regulations
• Safety procedures including check-in/check-out and first aid certification
• Capacity to attend professional development with EPS personnel
• Staff must be CORI/SORI checked and fingerprinted

• Provide after-school programming from 2:45pm to 6:00pm daily
• Operate summer programs for 8 weeks from 7am-6pm
• Develop standardized curriculum aligned with Massachusetts Frameworks
• Provide programming in arts, science, and engaging topics
• Implement homework help, healthy snacks, and educational activities
• Hire and train qualified staff with background checks
• Accept EEC childcare vouchers
• Staff programs with appropriate student-to-staff ratios
• Provide early release day coverage at no additional cost
• Deliver programming at eight elementary schools and early learning centers
