• Perform UCOA agreed-upon procedures compliance attestation testing.
• Issue opinion on basic financial statements with government-wide and fund presentations.
• Test compliance with federal requirements if applicable (Single Audit).
• Prepare Municipal Transparency Portal (MTP) supplementary information.
• Evaluate internal controls over financial reporting.
• Test tuition cost coding compliance with UCOA requirements.
• Verify payroll allocation compliance with UCOA guidelines.
• Test professional development cost coding per UCOA rules.
• Present findings to School Committee and Audit Committee.
