  • Key outreach staff must have 3 years public outreach experience
  • Firm must have 3 years experience with municipality/urbanized transportation authority
  • Must have active licensed Structural Professional Engineer on staff
  • Project Manager must have 5 years project management experience
  • Key Staff with 2 projects in preservation/landmark district
  • Key Staff with 3 years experience with railroad partners (Packages 1-2)
  • Key Staff with 5 years WSDOT/FHWA structural project experience (Packages 2-3)
  • Staff with 3 years over-water permitting experience (Package 3 only)
  • Inspect and verify bridge conditions
  • Develop 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% PS&E packages
  • Support NEPA/SEPA permitting processes
  • Conduct public outreach and stakeholder coordination
  • Perform seismic retrofit design analysis
  • Prepare complete bid documents and bid tabs
  • Recommend efficient construction packaging
  • Develop cost estimates for bridge preservation
  • Provide engineering support during construction phase
  • Coordinate with railroad partners for relevant bridges
  • Design for over-water work compliance
  • Create bridge deck overlay and joint replacement designs
  • Manage historic structure preservation requirements
  • Develop repair plans for concrete spalling/cracking
  • Plan decommissioning of obsolete structures
  • Perform bridge foundation scour repair design
  • Develop pier protection replacement specifications
  • Design bridge painting and repainting systems
  • Coordinate with multiple utilities and agencies
  • Complete as-built documentation
