Buyer seeks a vendor to develop and maintain a training curriculum and Learning Management System for the new Certified Mental Health Support Specialist (CMHSS) credential. The vendor will create or identify appropriate training modules covering core competencies, manage the LMS platform, and provide technical assistance to credential seekers. The project involves working with an advisory committee to develop content for approximately 500-1,000 paraprofessionals annually. The system must include certificate tracking capabilities and ongoing support.

• Develop training curriculum for CMHSS credential seekers based on core competencies
• Identify and contract with content experts for each training module
• Create/maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) for hosting the curriculum
• Develop certificate tracking system with self-serve account capabilities
• Establish a record-keeping system for credential seekers and holders
• Provide technical assistance to credential seekers and holders
• Create content for OMH's public-facing website about accessing the LMS
• Develop a data collection system to assess training quality
• Communicate with the National Certification Board for Behavioral Health Professionals
• Update curriculum content based on new evidence or trends
