Buyer seeks a qualified contractor to implement Gang Reduction Youth Development (GRYD) Gang Intervention services in the 77th I GRYD Zone. The program targets gang-involved young people between ages 14-25 and their families. Services include case management, violence interruption activities, and building prosocial connections. Buyer requires the contractor to follow the GRYD Comprehensive Strategy and participate in community engagement efforts. The contract period is October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

• Good standing with Secretary of State if corporation or LLC
• License to do business in City of Los Angeles
• Not debarred by Federal Government, State of California, or local government
• No outstanding debt to State of California or City of Los Angeles
• Financially solvent with ability to provide proposed services
• Adequate staffing with sufficient experience and technical expertise
• Ability to work independently and efficiently per timeline
• Ability to complete all deliverables in GRYD Intervention Services Handbook

• Provide intervention case management services for gang-involved youth aged 14-25
• Conduct violence interruption activities including proactive peacemaking
• Perform incident response to prevent gang violence retaliation
• Make referrals to support services for program participants
• Conduct individual participant and family meetings
• Build connections to prosocial networks for participants
• Participate in community engagement efforts
• Support GRYD initiatives as requested by Mayor's Office
• Implement services according to GRYD Comprehensive Strategy
• Submit monthly expense documentation and program reports
