Online CE Courses for Caregivers
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services
Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide off-the-shelf, continuing education (CE), online course content for home care aides and long-term care workers. The courses will be accessed through a DSHS-operated Learning Management System called CareLearn. Content must help caregivers maintain their certifications as required by Washington Administrative Code. Buyer is only procuring licenses for existing, asynchronous, fully online (eLearning) content and not development of new training.

- Provide unlimited access to online continuing education courses
- Deliver SCORM-compliant content files packaged as ZIP files
- Ensure courses meet DSHS online training standards for CE credit
- Make courses available through DSHS-operated Learning Management System
- Support viewing of courses across multiple device types
- Deliver all necessary course files within 14 days of contract execution
- Provide courses that meet accessibility standards
- Work with DSHS on any required updates to courses
- Create content that does not link to external sources
- Ensure courses support caregiver certification requirements
