  • Provide bilingual helpdesk services in English and Spanish

  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and application access problems
  • Assist with student information system portal access
  • Provide password resets and login support
  • Offer extended support hours including weekends and holidays
  • Implement ticketing system with SLA tracking
  • Provide detailed reporting and performance metrics
  • Manage 5,000+ monthly support calls
  • Establish escalation communication channels with district IT team
