- Provide bilingual helpdesk services in English and Spanish
- Support student devices including Chromebooks, iPads, laptops, and hotspots
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and application access problems
- Assist with student information system portal access
- Provide password resets and login support
- Offer extended support hours including weekends and holidays
- Implement ticketing system with SLA tracking
- Provide detailed reporting and performance metrics
- Manage 5,000+ monthly support calls
- Establish escalation communication channels with district IT team
