The Mayor's Community Youth Support Network aims to prevent and intervene on issues of youth violence through community service providers, police, and school partnerships. Services must focus on middle and high school youth ages 8-18 and their families residing within City of Tracy or Tracy Unified School District and Jefferson School District boundaries.

• Non-profit agency with 'good standing' 501(c)(3) status
• Association with fiscal agent representing only one organization
• All required permits, licenses, and professional credentials
• No record of unsatisfactory performance under MCYSN program
• Administrative and fiscal capability to manage reimbursement agreement
• Ability to maintain adequate files and records

• Provide youth outreach and education services
• Deliver substance abuse prevention and education programs
• Implement bullying prevention activities
• Organize alternative after-school and evening youth activities
• Provide gang prevention and intervention services
• Conduct family or individual youth case management
• Deliver behavioral health prevention and intervention services
• Develop measurable client outcomes
• Foster positive youth-adult relationships
• Facilitate meaningful youth participation in the community
• Improve academic achievement among youth
• Enhance parent/family relationships
• Promote youth self-awareness
