Services include preparing plans, specifications, estimates, and utility coordination. The project is funded through the Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program administered by Caltrans on behalf of Federal Highways Administration.

• Investigate bridge conditions and provide treatment recommendations following Caltrans guidelines
• Participate in coordination meetings with City staff and various agencies
• Lead utility relocations effort and maintain communication log
• Prepare right-of-way exhibits, deeds, maps, and appraisal maps
• Conduct site investigations and process topographic survey information
• Provide necessary geotechnical testing
• Prepare construction plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates
• Submit construction documents for review and obtain final signatures
• Attend pre-bid conference and prepare addenda if necessary
• Perform site visits during construction phase
