Buyer seeks qualified engineering firms to provide professional design services for two critical infrastructure projects. The projects include the Buena Vista Drive/Western Way Interchange and Western Way Widening. Buyer will select separate prime consultants for each project. The design services encompass roadway, drainage, structural, traffic, surveying, geotechnical, environmental, and utility disciplines.

• Prime consultants must be licensed in the State of Florida
• Florida-licensed Professional Engineers required

• Design comprehensive roadway interchange connecting Buena Vista Drive and Western Way
• Develop Western Way widening engineering plans
• Provide structural design for proposed bridge with 16.6' minimum vertical clearance
• Create drainage systems accommodating wetland conservation areas
• Conduct environmental assessments with focus on WMCA wetlands protection
• Design geometric roadway elements with specific curve and super-elevation requirements
• Develop traffic control plans for construction near resort entrances
• Create utility coordination and relocation design for affected infrastructure
• Perform geotechnical investigations and foundation design for bridge structures
• Prepare surveying and mapping documentation with vertical profile integration
• Design signalization systems for interchange traffic management
• Develop stormwater management solutions compatible with Disney resort aesthetics
• Create resort entrance relocation plans for Coronado Springs
• Perform traffic analysis and modeling for peak tourist periods
• Implement context-sensitive design approaches within tourism district
• Create construction phasing plans minimizing impact to resort operations
• Design pedestrian and bicycle facilities through interchange area
• Develop intelligent transportation systems integration plan
• Create maintenance of traffic plans during construction phases
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including resort operations
