Buyer seeks to establish multiple local sources for high and low voltage electrical services at various sites throughout the district. The contract period will run from award through June 30, 2026, with three optional one-year renewal periods. Services include high voltage work up to 480V and low voltage electrical work including network cabling with CAT 6A. Buyer requires all work to comply with National Electrical Code, State, and City requirements.

• Provide high voltage electrical services up to 480V
• Perform low voltage electrical work and network cabling
• Install CAT 6A network drops with termination boxes
• Provide best-estimate quotes prior to beginning work
• Obtain city permits for electrical work as required
• Comply with National Electrical Code requirements
• Respond to urgent service requests during business hours
• Schedule and coordinate work with contract administrator
• Install data jacks and connections for WiFi access points
• Warranty equipment repair/service for one year
