Buyer seeks architectural and engineering services for a 2-story expansion to the existing Sarasota Memorial Hospital-Venice campus. The expansion will be approximately 24,000 square feet with level one housing MRI and interventional radiology suites and level two as shell space for future use. The project includes relocating an existing helipad and adding surface parking. Buyer requires comprehensive services from site planning through construction administration.

• Current Florida professional licenses/certifications
• Required insurance coverage including $5M umbrella liability
• Experience planning projects in active, occupied hospital settings
• Experience with City of Venice permitting processes
• Ability to respond expeditiously to urgent project matters

• Design a 2-story, 24,000 sq ft expansion connected to existing hospital
• Create MRI suite with four zones and interventional radiology suite
• Design shell space on second level for future expansion
• Relocate existing at-grade helipad
• Develop new surface parking to accommodate increased volumes
• Provide site planning and permitting documentation
• Present to City and participate in public/community meetings
• Complete programming through construction administration phases
• Design site infrastructure including utilities and communications
• Plan for horizontal expansion capabilities
