  • Sufficient bonding capacity for design-build contract value
  • Design and construct new 200-bed residence hall on South Campus
  • Create primarily single-occupancy bedroom apartments with kitchens and living areas
  • Design common spaces including lounges, laundry rooms, and study areas
  • Incorporate sustainability and energy efficiency requirements into design
  • Manage construction to ensure completion by March 2028
  • Develop efficient and cost-effective design to meet fixed budget
  • Consider modular or prefabricated construction systems
  • Utilize M/WBE and SDVOB firms to meet established goals
  • Provide materials and labor payment and performance bonds
  • Obtain required professional licenses and certifications
