• Deliver 104 sq ft dedicated caged space with five 42U racks
• Provide minimum 3 fiber cross connects to AT&T
• Implement physical security with 24/7 on-site support
• Relocate servers from current location requiring Dell certified technician
• Supply redundant power circuits (2x120v 20amp, 6x208v 20amp)
• Ensure 24/7/365 on-site technical support and security staff
• Provide UPS and generator-backed electrical power
• Implement video surveillance and secure physical access
• Deliver real-time reporting on service health and availability
