Buyer is seeking an organization to provide professional assistance in planning, brokering, implementing and supporting employee benefit programs. The services will support approximately 2,000 active benefit-eligible employees plus retirees and COBRA participants. Buyer prioritizes physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing in their comprehensive benefits package. Only organizations licensed to do business in Idaho will be considered.

• Plan employee benefit programs for 2,000 active employees and retirees
• Broker insurance and benefits services for comprehensive employee packages
• Implement competitive benefits supporting physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing
• Provide ongoing support for employee benefit programs
• Facilitate continuation coverage for eligible retirees
• Navigate Idaho-specific insurance regulations and requirements
• Advise on HR policy development related to benefits
• Coordinate medical and dental plans for active employees and retirees
• Design benefit packages balancing competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
• Support COBRA administration for eligible participants
