Buyer seeks to establish a contract for Solar Panel preventative maintenance, service and repairs at housing authority properties. The contractor will conduct annual inspections and maintenance of solar power systems including photovoltaic modules, inverters, and electrical components. Services include cleaning, inspecting, testing, and repairing solar equipment on various types of roofs. Emergency repairs must be completed within 24 hours of notification.

• Must comply with HUD maintenance wage rates
• Skilled laborers must be paid minimum $22.36/hour
• Electricians must be paid minimum $28.78/hour

• Conduct annual solar panel system inspections on commercial and residential properties
• Perform preventative maintenance on solar power systems
• Inspect and clean PV modules and arrays
• Service and repair inverters and electrical connections
• Measure and record battery cell voltage and condition
• Complete thermal scans of electrical connections and components
• Inspect PV array for damage, corrosion, and loose connections
• Complete I-V curve trace testing on all strings
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair services
• Provide monthly and annual reporting of system performance
