Buyer is seeking professional consulting firms with proven experience in providing Information Technology (IT) consulting services. The contract will provide professional consulting services for the analysis, planning, design, implementation, and management of airport technology infrastructure and service delivery. Buyer requires subject matter experts with airport experience to handle both small and large task assignments, potentially involving teams of consultants. Prior experience with large US airports is preferred.

• Provide construction management for technology implementations
• Implement cloud computing migration and configuration
• Develop GIS/geospatial data collection and analysis solutions
• Create building information modeling and digital twin applications
• Support disaster recovery planning and testing
• Provide IT service management consulting
• Design and implement network architecture solutions
• Develop mobile application testing and security solutions
• Support specialized airport systems (AOOB, CUPPS/CUTE, FIDS)
• Integrate software platforms (Appian, MuleSoft, Snowflake, ServiceNow)
• Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle processes
