• Prepare preliminary reports and project cost estimates for application preparation
• Prepare plans and specifications for hangar construction
• Distribute bid documents to potential contractors
• Assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulation
• Assist in the execution of construction contracts
• Hold pre-construction conference with selected contractors
• Perform construction inspection including periodic reports
• Approve all payment requests during construction
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
• Provide all professional services through project closeout
