Buyer is seeking qualified Title IV-E eligible educational institutions to provide specialized training services. The services will assist resource families, service providers, and Department of Social Services staff. The primary goal is to improve the quality of care for children and youth in foster care. Buyer intends to award one contract to the successful applicant.
