Buyer seeks a qualified parking management firm to operate and manage Minneapolis Municipal Parking System consisting of 16 parking facilities, 8 surface lots, and on-street meter collection. The contractor will perform professional parking operations, management, and security services for over 20,000 off-street and 10,000 on-street metered spaces. Contract includes responsibility for centralized monitoring, revenue control, maintenance, and customer service through direct employees and subcontractors.

• Experience operating five or more parking facilities with 5,000+ total spaces
• Experience managing automated parking facilities with centralized reporting capabilities
• Experience providing security services compliant with State Licensing requirements
• Ability to handle payment cycle of approximately $2,000,000 per month
• Current PCI DSS Level 1 Validated Service Provider certification

• Manage daily operations of 16 parking facilities and 8 surface lots
• Supervise and coordinate contracted security services across all facilities
• Maintain building mechanical systems including HVAC, elevators, and security systems
• Process and administer web-based and credit card payments
• Collect revenue from on-street parking meters
• Maintain centralized accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote MPLS Parking brand
• Coordinate janitorial services for facilities, skyways, and public areas
• Manage monthly customer contracts and access systems
• Operate centralized control center monitoring 1,300 cameras and 1,200 intercoms
