Facility Emergency Backup Generator Services

Buyer seeks contractors to provide emergency backup generator inspection, repair, maintenance, and load bank testing for various state facilities throughout Missouri. Services include quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and three-year inspections and load bank testing, plus emergency repair services. Buyer will award inspection contracts by region and repair service contracts with primary, secondary, and tertiary designations.

• Five years experience with backup generator services
• Hold all applicable licenses, insurance, and be fully bonded
• Personnel must have two years of licenses or certifications

• Perform quarterly generator inspections and load bank testing
• Conduct semi-annual and annual generator inspections
• Execute three-year load bank testing at 30% capacity
• Provide emergency response within specified timeframes
• Perform repair services with guaranteed not-to-exceed pricing
• Complete fuel system inspections and maintenance
• Service lubrication and cooling systems
• Maintain battery systems and electrical components
• Test automatic transfer switch control panels
• Submit detailed field service reports after each service
