Buyer seeks a contractor to provide Critical Incident Stress Management Training for law enforcement and first responders across Missouri. The training must include comprehensive support for first responders and their significant others who have experienced critical incidents. Contractor must also provide train-the-trainer courses for peer support teams and ongoing education. Services will be delivered regionally throughout Missouri with trainings focused on trauma management, resilience, and wellness strategies.

• Minimum 3 years sustained involvement with peer support programs
• Minimum 5 years experience in law enforcement curriculum development
• Minimum 3 years with Clinical Incident Stress Management Training
• Minimum 3 years with Peer Support Team Training
• Must have diverse advisory board with first responder representation
• Staff must have 40+ years cumulative experience as first responders

• Provide regional critical incident stress management trainings across Missouri
• Deliver peer support team training courses
• Develop peer support teams competent in crisis intervention
• Provide continuing education for peer support teams
• Conduct trainings focused on trauma, cumulative stress, anxiety, and suicide prevention
• Ensure trainings receive Missouri POST certification
• Manage registration process for all trainings
• Integrate wellness strategies for first responders
• Provide regional two-day peer support team building trainings
• Submit monthly reports on training activities
