• Experience with projects over $30 million
• Experience with cast-in-place concrete basins and post-tension basins

• Conduct site logistics study for wastewater treatment plant expansion
• Evaluate construction sequencing and methods for 30 MGD expansion
• Develop GMP and detailed construction schedule at 90% design milestone
• Prepare construction delivery, staging, and site utilization plan
• Perform constructability and maintainability reviews at 45%, 60%, and 90% design
• Develop bidder interest and prequalify bidders for work packages
• Coordinate post-tension vs cast-in-place concrete construction options analysis
• Supervise construction of new sequencing batch reactor (SBR) trains
• Install and commission new 400 HP centrifugal blowers
• Coordinate plant operations during phased construction activities
