- Experience with cast-in-place concrete basins and post-tension basins
- Conduct site logistics study for wastewater treatment plant expansion
- Evaluate construction sequencing and methods for 30 MGD expansion
- Develop GMP and detailed construction schedule at 90% design milestone
- Prepare construction delivery, staging, and site utilization plan
- Perform constructability and maintainability reviews at 45%, 60%, and 90% design
- Develop bidder interest and prequalify bidders for work packages
- Coordinate post-tension vs cast-in-place concrete construction options analysis
- Supervise construction of new sequencing batch reactor (SBR) trains
- Install and commission new 400 HP centrifugal blowers
- Coordinate plant operations during phased construction activities
