Buyer is seeking professional Airport Program Management and Advisory consulting services to ensure the success of their $2.2 billion large capital program. The scope includes program strategy, scheduling, budget control, document management, and construction oversight. Buyer operates Palm Springs International Airport, a small hub facility serving 3.3 million annual passengers across the Coachella Valley. The contract term will be for five years, with two one-year options to renew at buyer's sole discretion.

• Experience in airport program management and strategic advising/leadership
• Oversight of three airport capital programs with $75M minimum value each
• Expertise with delivery methods and complex financial strategies
• Ability to establish office in Palm Springs with local project managers
• Key staff with 10+ years experience in specified areas

• Provide program strategy and management services for $2.2B capital program
