Chestnut Tree Hill Road Milling & Paving

Buyer is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for milling and paving of Chestnut Tree Hill Road. The project includes traffic control, coordination with utilities, and restoration of the work area. Buyer requires completion within 30 calendar days after the agreed start date with work anticipated to begin in July or August 2025.

• 5/12/2025 - RFP Release
• 5/23/2025 - RFI Deadline
• 5/27/2025 - Addendum Release (if necessary)
• 6/2/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Regular full-time contractor in the type of service specified
• Ability to provide 5% bid bond
• Capability to provide 100% Performance and Labor/Materials bonds
• Provide 10% Maintenance Bond after completion
• Compliance with OSHA training requirements

• Mill and pave Chestnut Tree Hill Road
• Provide traffic control with trained flagmen
• Submit construction schedules and progress reports
• Coordinate with utility companies for service protection
• Provide 100% Performance and Labor and Material bonds
• Maintain 10% Maintenance Bond after completion
• Comply with minimum wage rate requirements
• Comply with OSHA 10-hour construction safety training
• Maintain road surfaces during construction and shutdown periods
• Protect existing trees, shrubbery, and private property
