The contractor will implement a strategic tourism public relations and marketing campaign that creates a positive image of Texas as a premier travel destination. Services include media relations, social media strategy, consumer promotions, and supporting Travel Trade activities to generate non-Texan travel to the state.

• Must maintain fully operational office within Target Market (Asia region)
• Must have experience servicing tourism public relations accounts
• Must provide comprehensive tourism marketing services in Asian markets

• Develop and implement strategic media relations in Asian markets
• Create comprehensive social media strategy and content for targeted markets
• Conduct integrated consumer promotions reaching mass audiences
• Organize Media FAM tours for qualified journalists
• Coordinate Media Missions with key media representatives
• Create effective crisis management plans for tourism industry
• Develop and maintain relationships with Travel Trade representatives
• Track and report media placement metrics and ROI
• Coordinate promotional events and materials for target markets
• Produce annual Public Relations and Marketing Plan
