Buyer seeks multiple professional contractors for various routine repair and maintenance projects. Buyer intends to retain two or more qualified companies per industry trade for a three-year term with two one-year optional extensions. Contractors will provide on-call services for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fencing, roofing, painting, paving, cleaning, and fire systems maintenance. Individual projects will not exceed $25,000 in total cost including materials and labor.

• Experience similar to described industries with proven track record
• Proper contractor licensing for service category
• Ability to obtain required insurance coverage
• Capacity to pull necessary building permits
• Ability to respond within specified emergency timeframes

• Provide on-call HVAC services including diagnostics, repairs, and replacements
• Deliver plumbing services for repairs, installations, and fixture replacements
• Perform electrical diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements
• Install and repair fencing, gates, and engineered guard rail systems
• Supply roofing repair and installation services for various roofing systems
• Provide interior and exterior painting with surface preparation
• Perform pavement repair and asphalt seal coating with traffic marking
• Clean floors and upholstery in village facilities
• Execute building construction maintenance and repair services as General Contractor
• Maintain and service fire extinguishers, alarm systems, and suppression systems
