• Conduct intake assessments and match households to appropriate shelter placements
• Provide 24/7 shelter transportation services across Chicago
• Conduct senior well-being checks for at-risk elderly residents
• Manage emergency response for fire victims and disaster survivors
• Operate central intake facility for single individuals at Garfield Center
• Implement shelter diversion strategies to identify alternatives to shelter
• Coordinate with domestic violence shelters for appropriate placements
• Maintain vehicle fleet including wheelchair-accessible transportation
• Collect and analyze data to improve system performance
