• 6/1/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/31/2026 - Service Period End

• Must have U.L. listed Monitoring Service Station
• Must provide current State of Ohio BWC insurance certificate
• Must provide appropriate contractor licenses
• Must provide copy of current General Liability Insurance

• Monitor two phone lines and one fire alarm panel
• Provide immediate response to alarm conditions like fire or panel failure
• Notify facility and proper authorities of alarm conditions
• Contact facility if phone line failure condition exists
• Notify Water Distribution Control Center if both lines fail
• Contact Columbus Fire Division first for fire alarm conditions
• Verify return to service or normal conditions
• Provide live person notifications, no auto-dialers or voicemail messages
• Maintain U.L. listed Monitoring Service Station
• Invoice service in one lump sum for the annual period
