The buyer seeks to establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for fire alarm monitoring services at the Parsons Avenue Water Plant. The service includes monitoring two phone lines and one fire alarm panel, providing immediate response to alarm conditions, and notifying appropriate authorities. The service period is from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. The contractor must maintain a U.L. listed Monitoring Service Station and provide live person notifications for all alarms and conditions.

- Must have U.L. listed Monitoring Service Station
- Must provide current State of Ohio BWC insurance certificate
- Must provide appropriate contractor licenses
- Must provide copy of current General Liability Insurance
- Monitor two phone lines and one fire alarm panel
- Provide immediate response to alarm conditions like fire or panel failure
- Notify facility and proper authorities of alarm conditions
- Contact facility if phone line failure condition exists
- Notify Water Distribution Control Center if both lines fail
- Contact Columbus Fire Division first for fire alarm conditions
- Verify return to service or normal conditions
- Provide live person notifications, no auto-dialers or voicemail messages
- Maintain U.L. listed Monitoring Service Station
- Invoice service in one lump sum for the annual period
